The first ingredient to success as a speaker is PREPARATION. Be ready. It sounds trivial but it is crucial to your success as a speaker. By being ready I mean a multitude of things. Obviously a great speech is a well prepared speech. We have all heard the story of Abraham Lincoln pacing back and forth in the car of his train rehearsing the Gettysburg Address. While growing away from old hobbies is something that all people do, it is important to think of why you may have left behind something important to you.
The spiritual contract between family members is very powerful. When children are raised in a loving, accepting and supportive atmosphere the bond is strengthened and solidified over many generations to come.

It’ll never address the psychological connections you’ve got between certain activities and situations in your day and a cigarette, they just go hand in hand don’t they?
